Event Cancellation Policy:
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation of our cancellation
policy. Please note:
- We are billed for registered attendance numbers. Our
deadline for final attendance guarantees is 48 hours prior to
the start of the event.
- We are a non-profit organization; if you register in advance
but cannot attend and you do not cancel within 48 hours or find
a replacement, we regrettably will need to charge you for the
event fee to cover the expenses of the event.
- If you register in advance but are unable to attend, please
cancel at least 48 hours prior to the event to Phone # 617-245-4072.
Simply leave a voice message no later than 48 hours prior to
the event start time so that we can adjust our committed attendance
numbers and avoid being over-charged for the expense of the event.
- If you register in advance but are unable to cancel within
the 48 hour notice – try to find someone to replace you
and please notify us immediately by phone so that we can substitute
your registration with a replacement and we will do our very
best to prevent you from being charged!
